Antenatal massage
Effektive Manuelle Hilfen (EMH)® (Effective Manual Aids)

A pregnant body is constantly changing – through self-regulation it continually strives to maintain physiological balance at the hormonal, neurovegetative and muscular levels.
Through affective contact and various massage techniques, I would like to support this self-regulation with a focus on preparation for birth. In addition, EMH has a positive effect on many complaints, e.g.
- Muscle tension
- Chronic stress
- Hard abdomen
- Water retention (oedema)
- Anxiety
- Sciatica
- Sleep disorders
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
My services include: musculoskeletal work, pressure point stimulation, pelvic release, classic full-body massage, neck and back treatment, stretching exercises and much more.
I look forward to your registration. Please use the form to contact us. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail at elternschule@diak-fr.de.
This service offered by Sophia Martin will take a short break until the end of March 2027. You are nevertheless welcome to send us a message and we will put you in touch with a midwife who offers EMH.
